I help my clients understand and interpret their roles, what needs fixing, their responsibilities and how can they bring a better person to the team. I address how they can operate with integrity and honesty as well as how to create higher functioning teams, which in turn generate a more successful organisation. I do more than fix problems; I help clients change and develop themselves.
I offer a number of focussed programmes
I work both face to face and over Skype or zoom, depending on location. Most programmes run over a 3-6 month period, often this is extended. Some clients have an open ended contract. Team coaching follows the same timelines and is face to face and sometimes with a colleague.
